Joy Ogeh-Hutfield is a multi-awards winner Transformational Coach, International Motivational Speaker and author of ‘The Secrets to Motivating Your Team’ and the life-changing coaching workbooks ‘Purpose Made Easy’ and ‘Joy Made Easy’.

She delivers unique, positive and powerfully impactful coaching programmes that helps her clients produce outstanding results. Joy has worked with some of the leading organisations on the international platform both in the UK, Europe and Africa, including The European Commission, The Association of Translation companies, The Federal Character Commission Nigeria, The BBC, The Welsh Assembly Government, The Lord Chancellor Department, Barclay’s bank, Save The Children and various regional Police and Probation services.

Online she organises coaching webinars on how to live a successful and purposeful life filled with joy and fulfilment. She also holds coaching workshops, seminars and Women Empowerment Soirées events.

Philippa Davies is a Business Psychologist and Author of 11 books. She’s designed and delivered change and communication training for John Lewis Partnership, GE and British Airways. Her clients for coaching include blue chip CEOs, Prime and Cabinet Ministers and Head Coaches in the UK Olympic squad. Online, she teaches for Udemy and The Economist.

Sue Poole’s expertise and enthusiastic approach to the enterprise agenda makes her stand out as a passionate and dedicated enterprise educator. Who over the past 10 years has fostered, nurtured and encouraged many young entrepreneurs. Sue's work has been recognised as best practice across Wales and Europe, she has been asked to attend and present at numerous events both at home and abroad,  and her work is recognised as outstanding having been cited in reports such as Lord Young's report into enterprise education across the UK. In 2011, she was awarded Mentor of the Year in the Women in Business Awards and Enterprising Britain Award in 2014. She now sits on the Welsh Government panel and was an advisor to the former Minister Edwina Hart on the enterprise strategy for Wales.


Laurence Winmill is a brilliant business manager, author and motivational speaker. He has worked in senior executive positions in advertising, publishing and pharmaceuticals and overseen significant business growth and development in those sectors. Equipped with an entrepreneurial mind-set, he has also created numerous start up projects which gives him a critical understanding of markets, customers and business development. As a keynote speaker, Laurence travels extensively talking about his experiences as a business development and people expert. His ability to inspire audiences has resulted in him working with numerous international brands, including P&G, Kellogg’s, Dunelm and Armstrong.
