What is Law of Attraction and how will it work for me?

I’m here to explain to you what the Law of Attraction is and how you can use it in your everyday life to change it for the better.

As you know, I am a life transformation coach, and as part of transforming your life, you need to be open to change and actively welcome positivity into your world.

 

So, what is it?

The Law of Attraction is attracting into your life what you focus on. So, if you are focusing on negative thoughts, it’s more than likely you won’t experience the positive things you may hope will happen to you in life. You may have a specific goal in mind, but if you focus solely on negative thoughts, this breeds negative thoughts – and getting to your end goal will take twice as long, if it even happens at all!

The same applies to positive thoughts. The more you focus on what you are grateful for in life, the more likely it is that you will achieve your goals. Recognising the achievements you make every day (no matter how small or insignificant you may perceive them to be) and applying a positive mind-set will help you attract what you desire in life.

I am a firm believer, since being coached by Tony Robbins (the Godfather of the Law of Attraction, if you like!) that we have the power, along with entrusting the universe (more on this below), to be able to create and manifest what we truly desire.

 

But how? I’m going to tell you.

The Law of Attraction works when you are on a positive vibrational wavelength and in tune with the universe. Have you ever had that feeling deep inside where you just feel optimistic and that something good is around the corner? That feeling is the feeling we need to concentrate on in order to manifest our deepest desires and dreams.

 

The history of Law of Attraction

The Law of Attraction has been around for hundreds of years… that’s right – hundreds! Thought to have been taught by the immortal Buddha, he wanted to highlight the idea that ‘what you have become is what you have thought’. This links back to what we have discussed earlier in this blog post – your thoughts and mindset is what forms your destiny.

There are many different ways you can use the Law of Attraction in order to increase your chances of manifesting your life goals. I will explain these in future blog posts, so be sure to stay tuned. But for today, I wanted to introduce you to the powers of Law of Attraction and how you can use it to work for you.

To get started, I suggest you set a small goal. It doesn’t matter what it is, but make it something you would like to happen. Focus on this goal and stay on the positive vibrational wavelength we discussed. The more you think about it, the manifestation breeds.
